What we collect

We only ask for what we need to help you plan:

• Account info: Just your email and password
• Wedding details: Guest names and your budget (saved securely)
• Planning files: uploaded vendor contracts, receipts, stationery images, and exports you choose to create

Using DJENETE

By using our tools, you’re agreeing to these simple terms.

The App

We provide a private wedding-planning workspace to organize guests, track budgets, compare vendors, store planning files, and design invitations.

Trial, payment, and renewal

The trial lasts 7 days and does not require payment details. The current paid offer is 9.99 Euro for 12 months of access. If pricing changes, the checkout page will show the final price before payment.

Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel by not purchasing after the trial or by closing your account. For payment issues or refund requests, contact [email protected] and include the email used for the account.

Your part

When you use our app, you agree to:

• Keep your login details safe
• Use our designs for your own wedding only
• Follow local rules for guest data
• Pay the one-time fee if you want to keep using it after the trial

It’s your data

You own your guest lists and any designs you make with our tools.

Always online

We do our best to keep the app available, but no online service can promise uninterrupted access. Keep an export or backup of critical wedding information.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time. When you do, we delete private account data from active systems and remove remaining backup copies during the normal backup lifecycle.

Analytics consent model

We use anonymous, cookieless analytics before consent to understand total traffic. Full analytics starts only after you explicitly opt in.

We only use cookies to:
